Referrals
Rural Financial Counsellors cannot provide advice, but they can provide the tools to make informed financial and business decisions. Clients can be referred to a wide range of professional service providers, including accountants, bankers and financiers, solicitors, agricultural consultants, farm succession planers and financial advisers.
They can also refer clients to other professional people such as social and personal counsellors who can help with personal issues, not provided by rural financial counselling.
From time to time referrals relevant to circumstances and needs are also made to other organisations, such as local government, water authorities, government departments, community organisations, educational institutions and training providers and industry organisations.
