Declaration of Low Risk of Spill for Murray System

Software donation assists Rural Women’s Program

The Murray Mallee Rural Financial Counselling Service recently received funding to develop a program to work with farming women to develop their skills and strengthen their capacity within the farming enterprise. One of the initiatives of the “Strengthening Rural Women” project is to train a group of five farming women in the use of QuickBooks software to help them manage their farm finances and accounts.

Announcement on changes to carryover

As you may be aware, the Minister for Water Peter Walsh has just announced changes to carryover rules to protect new allocations through the season on the Goulburn, Murray and Campaspe systems. The changes will take effect from 1 July 2013.
