assess your current financial position
prepare cash flow budgets and position statements
review loan arrangements and/or prepare loan applications
negotiate with bankers and creditors
provide information for property purchase, property redevelopment or farm sale
access government assistance programs
facilitate family and business decision making
provide referral to other appropriate services
